Embed a live market

Drop a market into your story and your readers see the live probability without leaving the page. It is free, it needs no key, and there is nothing to sign up for.

THE SNIPPET

No markets are being served right now, so there is no live slug to show you. The snippet is an iframe pointing at /embed/<market-slug>.

ATTRIBUTING YOUR PLACEMENT

Add ?p=your-publication to the URL and we record it alongside the view. Optional, and worth knowing what it is worth: a self-declared name is stored but never counted as evidence of where the embed ran.

WHAT COUNTS AS EVIDENCE →

The browser telling us it loaded inside a cross-origin frame on your domain. We keep that apart from the declared name on purpose: corroborated placements and asserted ones are different things, and blending them into one bigger number would make the figure useless to both of us.

WHAT IT RECORDS

Nothing about your readers is collected. One counter per render — the market, your host, and the UTC day. That is the whole record, so a figure from it can never be quoted as a reader count, a session or a unique visitor.

WHAT THAT RULES OUT →

No IP address, no user agent, no cookie, no visitor id, no fingerprint — not anonymised, not hashed, not stored briefly. The embed reads a handful of request headers, all of them about the request rather than the person making it, and retains none of them.

IN YOUR PAGE

The frame runs no script of yours or ours and makes no polling requests; prices refresh on our side about every 30 seconds. The card carries its own attribution back to Anteo and says inside the frame when it is showing sample data rather than live prices — your readers are told, not a footnote on our site.

Quoting a probability in your own copy: give the market and the time you took it. Prices move, and a figure without a timestamp stops being true without anyone noticing. The methodology covers where prices come from and how sportsbook odds are corrected.
